Siobhan McGarry

Siobhan McGarry is a Northern Irish television presenter and journalist. She is currently a presenter and reporter for UTV Live.
Siobhan has worked for UTV since the start of 2005. Before this, she was a newsreader and reporter for Downtown Radio, and later, presented and reported for the Northern Ireland news bulletins during GMTV (UTV do not provide these bulletins, unlike the other ITV regional franchisees). Between 2003 -2004 she was also acting Ireland correspondent for ITN.
Siobhan can regularly be seen presenting and reporting for the features section of UTV Live - now known as UTV LIFE. She also files news reports for the 18.00-18.30 news section of UTV Live and occasionally presents the 17.55 weather forecast.
In 2006 her travel report about New York won best UK broadcast at the Visit USA awards in London. Since then she has travelled extensively working on travel reports for UTV & also contributing travel articles to various publications.
