Simona Păduraru (born November 21, 1981 in Bacău) is an international freestyle swimmer from Romania, who represented her native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 2000 in Sydney, Australia. Prior to that tournament, at the European LC Championships 2000 in Helsinki, Finland, she was a member of the Women's Relay Team that won the gold medal in the 4x200 m Freestyle and the bronze medal in the 4x100 m Freestyle.
