Sigay, Ilocos Sur

Sigay is a 5th class municipality in the province of Ilocos Sur, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 2,375 people in 408 households.

Sigay is politically subdivided into 7 barangays.
- Abaccan
- Mabileg
- Matallucod
- Poblacion (Madayaw)
- San Elias
- San Ramon
- Santo Rosario
The center barangay is Poblacion (Madayaw), it's where the Municipal Hall is located. Sigay has a good climate althoug it is summer the climate of Sigay is still cool. Roads to Sigay are rough roads you woll also pass along rivers. The road to Sigay was not that comfortable but if you reach the fist barangay you will surprised because the place is too beautiful.
