Shorashim

Shorashim (Hebrew: שורשים, lit. roots) is a communal settlement in the Lower Galilee, within Israel's North District. The village is administered by the Misgav Regional Council, and is affiliated with Conservative Judaism's Masorti movement.
The village was originally founded in 1982 as a moshav, and became a communal settlement in December 1992. It is today home to approximately 250 residents, many of them Jewish immigrants from Europe and the Americas.
