Shoot to Kill (also known internationally as Deadly Pursuit) is an adventure thriller movie released in 1988 starring Sidney Poitier as a FBI agent tracking a psychopathic killer trying to escape across the mountains into Canada. Tom Berenger plays a mountain-man who helps Poitier track the killer after Berenger's girlfriend, played by Kirstie Alley, is abducted and forced to be the killer's mountain guide.
