Seth Phillip Wand (born August 6, 1979 in Springfield, Missouri) is an American football offensive tackle for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Houston Texans in the third round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at Northwest Missouri State.

Wand attended Springfield Catholic High School in Springfield, Missouri and was a student and a letterman in football and basketball.

Wand was drafted to solve the Houston Texans problems at left tackle. He started his rookie season, but was waived three years later, on September 2, 2006. He then had a short stint with the Tennessee Titans, lasting only one year. On November 21, 2007 he signed with the Raiders as a restricted free agent.
Overall Wand has had 18 starts and played in 52 games over his career.
