[edit] TfD nomination of Template:Seinfeld
Template:Seinfeld has been nominated for deletion. You are invited to comment on the discussion at the template's entry on the Templates for Deletion page. Thank you. This template, {{Seinfeld}}, is a duplicate of {{SeinfeldNavigation}}. I couldn't find a "merge template" template, so I listed both templates for deletion although I think only one should be deleted. I'm taking out the "Ultimate Sitcom" link on the grounds that it is UK-specific. If you look at the list, it is overwhelmingly dominated by UK comedy shows. Also only shows that have been broadcast in the UK on the list. Also, the "industry insiders" who judged the shows are overwhelmingly from the UK. This is not a useful list for showing Seinfeld's status... except for the UK specifically and only. "The Ultimate Sitcom" is just the title of another cheap-to-make "list of the best"/excuse-for-clips TV show.. it's not actually the "ultimate" authority on anything... Shouldn't George Steinbrenner link to George Steinbrenner (Seinfeld character) or something, as we're talking about Seinfeld characters here, not real people. And the George Steinbrenner article really has nothing on Seinfeld...Stevage 12:43, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

I think there should really be an article on him. He is Elaine's father, after all, and Kramer's mother Babs was added. He only appeared in "The Jacket" episode, but Babs only appeared twice. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 207.19.141.251 (talk) 21:23, 8 February 2007 (UTC).
[edit] What links go in template?
Can someone explain the criteria for links to go in this template? Someone added Kenny Kramer, who is not directly a part of the show, while someone else removed Summer of George. It doesn't seem real logical to me. — InkQuill 18:18, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
