My name is Sayan Chakraborti. I am from Kolkata (previously called Calcutta) in India. I am a member of Mensa and also an editor at the ODP. I am an undergraduate student of Physics at the St. Xavier's College under the Calcutta University. I used to be a student at the South Point High School in my hometown. At the moment I am in the first year of college (called the freshman year in some other countries). I am interested in everything from Arts to Science and from Football to Chess. By the way my favorite subject is Physics while I also enjoy Computer Science and Mathematics. I happen to be a Linux user. I had been using Debian GNU/Linux but shifted to Ubuntu. I am the project admin of http://projectpi.sourceforge.net/. I also happen to run a site on social and cultural issues at http://www.peacefulaction.org/. I am currently in the process of shifting my homepage from http://projectpi.sourceforge.net/sayan/ to http://www.peacefulaction.org/sayan/.
