What a Satanic Baptism is, is somewhat different from a Christian Baptism of cleansing the child of Original Sin.
Instead of being dunked into a cold bath by a strange, sexless man to be cleansed of “original sin” Satanist’s don’t believe there is an Original Sin. Satanist’s don’t see what the child needs to be cleansed of in the first place. Satanist’s think this life should be Honoured and all the romantic nights that made the child to be a living entity should be Celebrated.
In essence a Satanic Baptism is more a Glorification and Appreciation for this new life. Satanist’s celebrate man and nature as they really are.
The Church of Satan made headlines on May 23rd 1967, this time for Anton LaVey’s daughter Zeena Galatea (the world’s first legal Satanic Toddler) by High Priestess Diane Hegarty. Zeena was 3 and a half years old.
