Sakae-ku (栄区?) is one of the 18 wards of the city of Yokohama in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. The character for this ward can mean glory or prosperity.

Sakae-ku is located in the southern part of Yokohama-shi. The neighboring wards are Kanazawa-ku, Isogo-ku, Totsuka-ku, Kamakurashi, and Konan-ku. The Itachi and Kashio rivers flow through Sakae-ku.

Sakae-ku's history goes back to ancient times, especially in connection with the shogunate of the Kamakura era. It played an important role in military policy. Many historic spots are left from the Kamakura era.

There are many large precision industrial machine factories located in Sakae-ku, including the Fancl Corporation, Sumitomo Electric Industries Ltd, and the Nikon Corporation.
