Saint Michael's Catholic Academy is a co-educational Roman Catholic high school in Austin, Texas. Located on the edge of the Texas Hill Country, it has an enrollment of about 500 students currently. It is located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Austin.

St. Michael's Catholic Academy was established in 1984 to fill a void left by the closing of the only Catholic high school in Austin in 1972. During the period from 1972 to 1984, Austin was the largest city in the country without a Catholic high school. ^[1]

St. Michael's Catholic Academy is a college-preparatory school founded by laity within the Diocese of Austin to serve a diverse student body. Combining academic excellence with faith formation and co-curricular learning opportunities, St. Michael's prepares the whole student for leadership, service and decision-making consistent with Catholic values.
