Ryan Mayne F Garry (born 29 September 1983 in Hornchurch, England) is an English footballer who plays for Bournemouth. He can play left back, centre back, or even in midfield.
He was considered a promising prospect out of Arsenal's youth academy, winning the FA Youth Cup twice. He signed professional terms with Arsenal in July 2001, and his debut performance came against Sunderland on November 6, 2002 in the League Cup. He made his first starting appearance on May 7, 2003 against Southampton F.C., playing 90 minutes in a 6-1 win which saw hat-tricks from Robert Pirès and Jermaine Pennant. However, after that he was dogged by long-term injury (shin splints) and spent most of the next four seasons on the sidelines.
He was released by Arsenal at the end of the 2006-07 season, and joined Bournemouth.
