Ryūrōden' (龍狼伝?), also known as Legend of the Dragon's Son, is an ongoing historical fantasy manga by Yoshito Yamahara. It has been published by Kodansha in Monthly Shōnen Magazine since 1993 and collected in 37 volumes as of 2007. In 1997, it won the Kodansha Manga Award for shōnen.[1]
Shiro and Masumi are Japanese junior high school students on a school trip to China when their plane is swallowed by a dragon, and they find themselves in China the Three Kingdoms period. As they learn how to survive, they become known as "Leader of the Dragon" and "Dragon Princess," important historical figures of the period.
