Rotherfield Greys is a village and civil parish located three miles to the west of Henley-on-Thames, at the southern end of the Chiltern Hills in the English county of Oxfordshire.
The village is mentioned in the Domesday Book under the ownership of the Norman knight Anchetil de Greye. Rotherfield derives from the Anglo-Saxon redrefeld meaning 'cattle lands'. There is a neighbouring village, Rotherfield Peppard, which bears a similar name.
The Church of England parish church of St Nicolas is Norman with Victorian improvements. The church includes the 16th-century Knollys Chapel, which houses an ornate tomb of the Knollys family. This includes effigies of Sir Francis Knollys and his wife, who was Lady in Waiting to Queen Elizabeth I.
Close by is Greys Court, whose predecessor was the manor house of the Grey family. It is currently owned by the National Trust.
