Ronald Waterhouse

Sir Ronald Waterhouse, GBE, QC (born 1926, Holywell, Flintshire, Wales, UK [1]) is a retired High Court judge who led a three-year inquiry into the Wales child abuse scandal in the 1990s. [2]. As a judge his highest profile case was when he presided over the acquital of Ken Dodd on charges of tax evasion.
