The following was added to the main page by Cmshotwell. I've removed it and placed it here, as it didn't fit in well at the beginning of the article, and is unsourced.
Rocky originally lived in Irving, Texas, and went to school in Grand Prairie, Texas. Both Suburbs of Dallas. He stayed in the area until the summer of 1985 when he and his family (consisting of older brother Sonny, Sister Brandy, little brother Cody, and his parents) moved to Frost. Tx. A small rural town just over an hour south of Dallas. I know this because I lived down the street from him until the time he moved in 1985. He did not move to the Northwest until after his brother Sonny graduated from High School in 1992.
