Roberta Lane (born March 14, 1943) is an American model and actress. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its April 1962 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Frank Eck.
Roberta worked as a secretary at a lingerie manufacturer in New York's Garment District.
