Hey, you may have seen what I just did to List of fiddlers. I bet a lot of them were indeed non-notable, but I saw some that were notable enough to at least discuss. When I find time, I'll try to go through the list one by one, looking for mention of them elsewhere on the web. Nothing is ever lost in the wikipedia. All the work you did is still there in the history, and can be recovered. I saw a few spam links myself, and as time permits, will help with the pruning. Just being a redlink isn't grounds for deletion, IMO; let's pick them off one by one. My blunt object of choice is a google search. If all I find is a prize-winning high school player, out they go. It may take some time, since I've got a few projects going in reach-out-and-really-touch-it space. I do agree that lots of the ones you took out probably don't belong on the list; just had issues with the shotgun approach of taking out all redlinks. That user and his Mysteria Records is a pain. However, I don't think {{db-repost}} is appropriate as it doesn't apply to speedily-deleted articles. I've changed it to something more appropriate. My request to have him blocked for vandalism doesn't seem to have been approved, unfortunately. JRawle (Talk) 19:27, 31 May 2008 (UTC)

Hmm - if we did that with all lists in Indonesia project there would be no project left :( - enthusiastic usually non english speaking hopefuls put them there cos the indonesians, they just love their lists - red link and all - but then being australian of english parentage i carry an odd moniker yes ? - but thanks anyways - we dtry to keep the enthusiasm for lists and red links down so thanks anyways SatuSuro 13:14, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
