[edit] Analysis of RfA
@MBisanz: You asked me to diagnose the 5 main problems. There were only 3 (large) problems, so I can only discuss these 3.
[edit] Experience
The main problem raised at my previous RfA was lack of experience. At the time I had 1930 edits (2115 incl. deleted ones), and all but one of the oppose !votes were related to this. Some said that I did not have enough experience for a proper judgement to be made, and others said that I simply did not have enough experience full stop.
[edit] Activity
Another issue raised by one user was 'sporadic log-ins'. While I do not feel that this is a problem per se, Wikipedia is a volunteer project after all. However, I can see how this may affect being an administrator (will the user log in enough to be useful as an admin?) and/or how well a potential !voter can judge a candidate (have they been active long enough for a sound analysis to be made?). I have tried to be active more frequently, and will continue to be active regularly (regardless of RfAs/adminship).
[edit] CSD tagging
Ah, the wonders of CSD. A powerful tool; but with great power comes great responsibility. My (at the time) overzealous CSD tagging was raised at my previous RfA. I was quite in the wrong with regards to the taggings I had made, and have thoroughly studied the CSD policy since to fill the gaps in my knowledge. I also suggested a new CSD, I10 for non-images with no encyclopedic use which was implemented after discussion.
