[edit] Radio KOL

Rick Adams has hosted Radio KOL (Kids Online), the first ever live radio show for children aged 6-15 approximately, broadcasted on AOL. He frequently entertains listeners with guest celebrities visiting the show and a variety of games including MooBaa, where Rick will give a guest 30 seconds to guess whether an animal he names is a cow (by saying Moo) or a sheep (by saying Baa).

On November 23, Rick announced that AOL was planning to cancel Radio KOL. 5 days later, on November 28th, Radio KOL presented its final show.

A petition set up by loyal fans has been signed by over 500 fans, looney listeners, KOL Staff, and celebrities.

On February 13th, 2008, AOL discontinued all of it's live video streams. This has made it even more difficult for the still-loyal supporters of the former Radio KOL to envision a new show.

[edit] CBS Saturday Morning

During the 2006-2007 television season, Rick Adams also hosted CBS's KOL Secret Slumber Party TV series, Dance Revolution inspired by the hit video game franchise, Dance Dance Revolution.

The show ran for one season, but was unfortunately canceled by CBS.

Rick now appears in a replacement show, "Sushi Pack". The cartoon airs Saturdays, on national CBS syndication.

[edit] Past Careers

Prior to creating this innovative online radio experience for kids and hosting Dance Revolution, Rick hosted television and radio shows for a variety of leading networks including Nickelodeon, Children's BBC, Bravo and ITV in the UK on which he presented Crazy Cottage a wacky kids gameshow. He was once the co-host of Channel 4's The Big Breakfast, which was a hugely popular morning television show in the UK, and has co-hosted Nickelodeon US's Slime Time Live and Nickelodeon UK telecasts of the US Kid's Choice Awards, which he co-hosted one year with Whitney Houston.
