Richard Kenneth Corkill (born 1951) was the Chief Minister of the Isle of Man, December 2001 to December 2004. He was born in Douglas, Isle of Man. He was elected by the Parliament with 21 votes, defeating Edgar Quine, who received 10 votes.

He resigned the post following police investigations into allegations about tourism grants paid to Mr Corkill and his wife, Julie Corkill.

Some minor charges were proven against Mrs Corkill; Mr Corkill was not charged. He announced (November 2006) he would not be standing for re-election as member of the House of Keys for Onchan, a post he had held since 1991. The reason given was that this was to protect the welfare of his family.

In the 1980s and 1990s, before becoming an MHK, Mr Corkill had run the Elm Tree Pharmacy on the Main Road of the village of Onchan, close to the capital, Douglas. In April 2007, Mr Corkill opened a new pharmacy at Corkill's Garage, Main Road, Onchan, a few dozen metres from the site of his original business.

In what would have been a mid term shake up, Mr Corkills sacked MLCs Clare Christian and Pamela Crowe who has come underfire as Health and DLGE Ministers respectively. Steve Rodan was promoted to Health Minister and Bill Henderson and David Anderson were given their first jobs in the Council.
