Ricardinho, real name Ricardo Luiz Pozzi Rodrigues (born May 23, 1976 in São Paulo) is a Brazilian football player currently playing for Qatar club Al Rayyan.

Ricardinho played for Paraná before moving to France to play for Bordeaux in 1997. A year later, he moved back to Brazil and played for Corinthians from 1998 to 2002, and São Paulo from 2002 until January 2004. After a short spell at English club Middlesbrough between February and April 2004, Ricardinho joined Santos where he played until December 2005. He signed with Corinthians for the second time on January 18, 2006.

He has earned more than 20 caps for the Brazilian national team, the first in March 2000, and played four games during the World Cup 2002.

He was selected by Brazil coach Carlos Alberto Parreira among the 23 footballers to participate in the 2006 FIFA World Cup. He appeared in two matches as a substitute, against Japan and Ghana. In the latter, he made an assist to a late goal scored by midfielder Zé Roberto.

On August 18, 2006 Ricardinho signed with Turkish club Beşiktaş J.K.. His nickname in Beşiktaş was "Rico Paşa (General Rico)"
