This request relates to a pending WP:RFAR that has not been accepted yet. If the creator of these accounts is connected to the arbitration case, as I suspect, it will add more weight to the request. Conversely, I could be wronging this editor with my suspicions.

An anonymous editor has been disrupting articles relating to southwestern Australia, including making many personal attacks. She edits from a dialup ISP usually in the ranges 203.54.9.0/24 and 203.54.186.0/24. On October 4, admin Longhair blocked several of her IP addresses. Immediately following, a large number of attack usernames were created. Checkuser is requested to determine if these were created by the anonymous Gundagai editor (which, among other things, would put the kibosh on her pose of innocent newbie).
