Rene Gutteridge

Rene Gutteridge is an American, Christian fiction author and has written several novels. She has also been published over thirty times as a playwright. She studied screenwriting as part of a mass communications degree, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University. She also earned the Excellence in Mass Communication award. Gutteridge later served as the Director of Drama for a Methodist church for five years before deciding to stay home and write. She enjoys teaching at writers’ conferences and in university classrooms. Gutteridge lives with her musician husband, Sean, and their children in Oklahoma City.
