GEICO commercial It's not his picture that the caveman sees, and he doesn't walk back so people can see it's him. He is offended by the picture, and walks back to make sure that he saw correctly. You can see he clearly walks off upset. 130.76.96.14 17:36, 19 January 2007 (UTC) Random

[edit] Ambiguity

The single version is substantially different from the album version (it is more upbeat).

[edit] geico caveman ad

Just my opinion, but I think his reaction is one of approval rather than offense. Body language and all that. Logically, for the sign to go up, it would have needed his approval. I think hs body language ways, "I did a good job there," much the way the "announcer" guy nods his self approval at the end of that ad. Cheers, :) MikeReichold 00:39, 24 January 2007 (UTC)

Definitely not. Have you seen the other ads in this campaign? They're all about his being offended at the suggestion that cavemen are stupid.
Incidentally, that's not necessarily his picture, and it seems highly unlikely that someone so offended by this message would help Geico. It's another caveman, or more likely a non-caveman in costume. --Ted 02:11, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
No it's definitely a reaction of disgust. Also Geico made a follow-up commercial where he is on his cell phone complaining about it to his friend. --Fez2005 (talk) 23:12, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Royksopp-Remind-Me-221349.jpg

Image:Royksopp-Remind-Me-221349.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 10:31, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] So Easy

I have corrected the article where it says that "So Easy" includes a sample from the song "Blue on Blue" by Bobby Vinton - in fact the samples are taken from a cover version of the same song by a Swedish vocal group called Gals & Pals. I have also moved this from the "Response" section to the introduction. Gadsby West (talk) 00:33, 6 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Areva

There was a commercial from Areva from 2003 (near 2002 or 2003; at least I saw it in 2003 here in Mexico); well, guess what?: the commercial wads based on the video. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 200.92.16.44 (talk) 18:15, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
