Remo Buess (born September 13, 1977 in Basel, Switzerland) is a Swiss football (soccer) player who last played as a left full back for the Queensland Roar in the A-League. A potential move to New Zealand Knights during the November 2006 transfer window did not eventuate. On 24 January 2007, Buess was released because Queensland Roar had too many forgeiners in their squad. He wanted to join the New Zealand Knights in A-League 2007-08 season but the club failed to enter a team. After he retires he plans to stay in the football business and work as a coach for kids.[citation needed]
