Rebecca D. Lockhart

Rebecca D. Lockhart (born 20 November 1968) is the current representative for the Utah State House 64th District that is based in Provo.
Among other projects while in the state legislature Lockhart has pushed for a radar at the Provo Airport.[1] She also proposed a revised tax system that would greatly increase the amount of taxes levied by Utah on chewing tobacco.[2]
Rebecca's husband, Stan, served as a member of the Provo City Council.[3] He is now serving as chairman of the Utah Republican Party.[4]
Lockhart has a degree in nursing from Brigham Young University.[citation needed]
