Hello from Ray Casey in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
I am trying to learn this interface and my goal is to start to contribute to this site and in the process improve my knowledge and hopefully raise the bar for others.

Personal Statement about me: Nice mix of serious and playful. Not one to speak with filters yet I strive to be mindful of the feelings and opinions of others. It is important that others feel respected and so to is it respectful to not tolerate disrespect, injustice(s) and/or oppression and deception. It is a fine line between mindfulness and out right conflict but I try to walk the straight line each and everyday. And everyday is a chance to improve self and inspire/impact others in a positive, thoughtful, constructive and meaningful way... That is "the way” and balance we ought to pursue ;)
Have to admit that this interface requires some getting used to for a "Microsoft guy".

And my goal over the next year is to build out a home automation company that is dedicated to Microsoft Home Automation Systems and Microsoft Media Center. I also am trying to get an IPTV like station up and running.
