- Populate the subcats within Category:People by city in Japan as needed(excepting the Tokyo one until diffusion is considered)
- If a J-biography doesn't belong in such a cat, but is already categorized by prefectural birth, check the corresponding JAWP article; and if a locality is listed, add it to the English article.

- Monitor all articles for suspicious edits and revert as needed
