[edit] Emblem
The QSS emblem consists of three sub designs against a purple background (field) & the color purple represents loyalty. The upper part of the emblem (or chief) depicts a touch encircled by laurel. The torch represents learning and knowledge, while the laurel is the success attained as a result. The left bottom design originates from the basic emblem of the City of Singapore - a lion on a castle.
The lion represents courage & excellence, while the castle on which it stands represents strength & stability, while the spider web at the emblem showcases the obvious - diligence of the spider as it spins the web.
The main quality in which all Queenswayans should strive to attain is diligence which in turn , will ensure success.Hence the school motto.
[edit] School Song
We are proud to proclaim
We are Queenswayans in name
Members of Queensway Secondary School
Onward we march to success
In studies, in sports and in service
Chorus
Queensway, Queensway
Long may she remain
In splendid honour
Bright as day
We'll hold our heads high
As we see our flag fly
In front of Queensway Secondary School
Loyally, Joyfully we strive
As leaders of courage and foresight
Repeat Chorus
