The roller skate key is what is used to adjust the kingbolt on the underside of the skate. The kingbolt on the modern skate is the mechanism for adjusting the amount of side-to-side rocking motion and lengthwise tightness of the skate ("adjustable" tension).205.158.221.246 17:58, 18 May 2007 (UTC)DLL, 5-18-07
