Does anyone else think this article would look a lot better if the second image was removed? --ChicXulub 20:29, 26 Aug 2004 (UTC)
I think it looks okay now. I only put it there in the first place because it was a neat illustration of the enemies, but it's not really necessary. Spottedowl 23:44, 26 Aug 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Several Things
There's a second type of Sparx called Super Sparx that perform the function of Normal Sparx, but can travel through undrawn Sparx (like the Fuse and Spiral Death Trap), being the most aggrevating opponent in the whole game.
In addition, difficulty starts getting very high starting at the third screen, as you will see 2 Qixes instead of 1, and eventually Qixes move even faster!!! Add the Super Sparx (Blue Sparx) to the screen with 2 Fast-moving Qixes, and you've got a headache. The higher the level, the more resilient the Qixes and the Sparx become, eventually at the higher levels, you will be chased by Super Sparxes right off the bat. — Vesther 04:37, 5 September 2005 (UTC)
Furthermore, it's really important to know at the higher levels that you do not get sandwiched by both the Qix and the Sparx!!!
- Thanks for those edits... to be honest I've never got past level 2 of Qix. :) Spottedowl 10:25, 5 September 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Enhanced Amiga version
I was surprised that there was no mention of the Amiga version of this game. It features a nice graphical enhancement consisting of patterned backgrounds for claimed areas rather than just a solid color, so i've added it. YourPTR! 04:59, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Qix Adventure
I just discovered the GBC game Qix Adventure, so I added it to the port list, since the original game is present. The extra information about it might be better added to the "Legacy" section, though, but I'll leave that up to another editor. If you do change it, please fix the redirect at Qix Adventure to point to the right section.
