Can we get more cites in-line, and references, for more statements in this article? Theres nothing especially controversial and everything looks like cites should be easy to find for it, which would make the article well-referenced. FT2 (Talk | email) 19:55, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Serious Disease
I just want to tell that this is a very serious infection: My doggy died last night because of Pyometra, but presented none of the symptoms described in the article, since she had a closed Pyometria. I propose adding the warning that the symptoms may not show up if the animal has this type of Pyometria under the Symptoms section, in order to concern the reader more about the severity of this desease. -- Antonioamunt 21:40, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

Hi, I miss informations about medical treatment by Aglepristone (see de:Aglepriston), don't you use it in U.S./U.K.? It's not as dangerous as with Prostaglandines and its success-rate is about 70% in a Pyometra. [1] gx de:User:Kalumet --84.180.118.54 22:37, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
