Professional Children's School is an independent day school enrolling 210 students in grades 6-12. Located in Manhattan, a few blocks from Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, the school provides a college-preparatory education to young people preparing for, or already pursuing, careers in the performing arts, competitive sports and other pursuits requiring the flexibility and individual attention that the school provides. Founded in 1914, the school's graduates include many of the most accomplished names in the performing arts and entertainment, but also doctors, attorneys, educators, authors and scientists.
