That's a very good point. The introduction does describe "computer networking" as an engineering discipline. I'm not quite sure this is an accurate description, however, and I disagree with your assertion that other have assumed the literal meaning of this description for their edits. To me, it seems that the the article as it is is about the technological field of computer networking, not about the engineering discipline, per se. Again, I think the article Network engineering would be better suited for your Cisco certification image and related information. That article as it is is very deficient for such a growing field. Let me know if you agree with changing the opening sentence of "Computer networking" from "engineering discipline" to "technological field". johnpseudo 22:45, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

I gave it a go. The first option is the most obvious. The second is the more official way... the red fox is a mascot, but the word "Marist" in that font is the way we're supposed to make the brand. Well... looks like no copyrighted anything can be used in userboxes. That logo is copyright. Also, the template does not allow for a dividing border color. Grr. I'll keep messin' Porkrind 02:12, 8 May 2007 (UTC)

I'm kind of new at this, but since it is Marist College related, I'll just stick this here. Delete it if you like afterward, I'm just not certain how I'm supposed to do this bit. The bit about where the dining hall/presidential dining hall was based on what I pulled off of Christina Hope's project website because I couldn't find any other references about the layout. I figured that there was a building containing the dining hall right about where the current dining hall now stands inside the student center. That's why it made sense to me even though you're right about when the student center was built. If you find a more reliable reference that verifies where the dining hall was, we can put that bit back in. For now, your edit is perfect. Also, while the names have been removed (which makes me sad, frankly), I think that reproduction of the Pieta is still meant to represent and honor those members of our community who have passed. At least, that was always my understanding. Also, the grotto was ripped out in 2005? I was there, and I don't remember that. Are you positive it didn't happen earlier?
