The result was merge the Port Authority article into Port Qasim. Euryalus (talk) 02:24, 5 March 2008 (UTC)

I propose that Port Qasim Authority be merged into this article, as follows:

• Duplication - The Port Authority article is entirely made up of information about the Port, not the Port Authority. It is essentially a separate and shorter article on Port Qasim, which would more appropriately be located here;
• Context - Readers must have looked at the Port Qasim article to get the context to understand the Port Authority page. There seems little point in this standalone article if most or all readers have to go to the main article before they come here; and
• Length - Both articles are very short and have been for some time. Combining them would not create an overlong article and would assist readers by locating all relevant Port Qasim details in a single page.

If the merge proceeds Port Qasim Authority would redirect to this page. Any comments or alternative viewpoints are welcome. Euryalus (talk) 05:18, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
