Petrella Salto is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rieti in the Italian region Latium, located about 60 km northeast of Rome and about 20 km southeast of Rieti. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,332 and an area of 102.0 km².[1]
Petrella Salto borders the following municipalities: Antrodoco, Borgo Velino, Cittaducale, Concerviano, Fiamignano, Longone Sabino, Pescorocchiano, Varco Sabino.
