Pete Prown (b. 1963) is noted American guitarist and music journalist. He leads the progressive rock act, Guitar Garden, and also writes extensively about guitar music and its history.
From 1993 to 1998, Prown was the Editor-in-Chief of the international magazine, Guitar Shop, and currently is a Contributing editor to Vintage Guitar magazine. He is also the author of several rock-music reference and guitar-instructional books and CDs, such as:
