Pedro Morales Flores (born May 25, 1985 in Hualpén, Biobío Region, Chile) is a Chilean footballer who currently plays for Dinamo Zagreb. He began his professional career with Huachipato. He played and scored in the 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship for his country alongside other promising young talent from Chile such as Matias Fernandez and Carlos Villanueva.

In the summer of 2007 Morales made the switch from Huachipato to Universidad de Chile where he played alongside Chile's top national team scorer, ex Juventus and Lazio player, Marcelo Salas. In the 2007 Clausura tournament, Morales finished the competition as the second top scorer in the entire competition with 13 goals.

In January 2008 Morales was called to the Chilean national team for two friendlies where Chile beat the South Korean national team 1-0 and tied Japanese national team 0-0. Morales played the full 90 minutes in both encounters. He was then chosen to be part of the Chile U23 squad that played the prestigious U23 Toulon tournament in France, where he was chosen the second best player of the tournament.

Universidad de Chile and Croatian champion Dinamo Zagreb have recently agreed terms about transfer of Morales to Croatian capital. Morales signed a five year contract with Dinamo Zagreb on July 11, 2008.
