I have a "Pearl" acoustic guitar. Does anyone have any idea about where and when it could be made?

Pearl is a percussion company, They dont make guitars
But they actually did during the 70's and early 80's! Not only did they make acoustic and electric guitars, but also a range of amps and effects. I happen to own one one such amplifier from the mid-70's called BAS-300. Another model was called "Duo Reverb" (a Fender Twin lookalike). Some of this stuff appeared under the "Vorg" label, e.g. the "Vorg Bass 101" amp or the "Vorg Echo Orbit-1" tape delay.

Can the cleanup message in the Pearl Drummers Forum be removed? --GavLewis 13:03, 4 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Ad?

The Drum Kits section reads like it was copied off the pearl website, thus making it look like an ad 151.197.65.47 01:50, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

I tried to fix it, hope it's better now --BlueHawke (talk) 22:28, 9 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Linking out

Question,

I have searched quite a bit on the guidelines, and still need this question answered...

I am a Pearl dealer... is it possible to put a link to my site? If not, is there a section inside Wikipedia where this is allowed? Or, is there a way to correctly word it so that a link IS allowed?
