Paul "Silky" Jones (born November 19, 1966 in Sheffield, England), was a professional boxer in the super welterweight, middleweight, and supermiddle weight divisions. Jones will be remembered for being the first British-born Light Middleweight World Champion.

Known as "Silky", Jones turned pro in 1986 he then won the WBO intercontinental from Damien Denny. Next up Jones then captured the WBO Light Middleweight Title in 1995 with a majority decision win over Verno Phillips. With the win, Jones became the first British-born Light Middleweight World Champion he then went on to win the WBC International World Title. Jones last fight was a points decision over the future EBU-EE (European External European Union) Super Middleweight champion Kreshnick Qato. Jones retired in 2002 with a record of 31-12-1.
