I started visiting (as well as editing) Wikipedia since June, 2004, but not registered until August.
Oh yes, I should have told you that I'm no Russian, and instead I'm from Hong Kong.
I often regard myself as a authoritarian person. Essentially I advocate freedom of individuals, but not to an extent that it would pose a threat to any social order I believe in. Sometimes censorship or even mild oppression is chosen.

I am going to change some titling of Hong Kong Railway-related articles. Somebody created or changed them with a ridiculous titling policy and without giving reasons!
I think this makes no sense and I feel that I must change it. If anybody (including the guy who did that) wants to stop me, confront me at my discussion page first.

The "JA-0" and "DE-0" tags are added because I am willing to gain knowledge of them, but only gained very few by now.
