[edit] Pattali or Paatali?
Should the word பாட்டாளி be spelt in English as Pattali as in the article title or as Paatali? I think it should be the latter. Cheers Wiki San Roze †αLҝ 13:22, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
- Transliterations from Indic scripts are never exact. I think we should follow the spelling used by the Election Commission of India for clarity, even though this might not always be scholarly 100% correct. --Soman (talk) 13:25, 22 February 2008 (UTC)
