Patricia P. Upton, age 66, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Aromatique, Inc. (manufacturer and wholesaler of decorative fragrances), Heber Springs, Arkansas, and has served in this capacity since 1982. Ms. Upton has been a Director of AT&T Inc. since June 1993. Fraud Alert: Conditions placed by the FCC on AT&T's merger agreement with BellSouth, forced AT&T to offer $10 unbundled DSL. AT&T has it as web order only on their website you can build the order and see you shopping cart but then the block everyone from placing and order. The check out button goes to a web site maintenance screen (I have tried many times) and the online support is disabled. Phone help is NO HELP and you can only get people who tell you that $19.95 is the minimum.
Some enterprising lawyer should launch a class action suit on this.
