Pastena is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Frosinone in the Italian region Lazio, located about 90 km southeast of Rome and about 20 km southeast of Frosinone. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,645 and an area of 42.0 km².[1]
Pastena borders the following municipalities: Castro dei Volsci, Falvaterra, Lenola, Pico, San Giovanni Incarico.
