Parnell Dickinson (born March 14, 1953 in Brighton, Alabama) is a former American football quarterback in the National Football League. Dickinson's only season in the NFL was 1976 as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers expansion team that failed to get a single regular season win, and remains the only team in NFL history to not win a regular season game, ending the season at 0-14.
