The first paragraph mentions a long history going back thousands of years. Then the second paragraph launches right into a discussion of cages or mesh bags. The classic methods of allowing spat to fix on a prepared shell culch with possible later transplantation is not mentioned in this article and should be (in my opinion). 67.86.73.252 (talk) 03:25, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
