Ou Ya Dav District (Khmer: អូរយ៉ាដាវ) is a district in Ratanakiri Province, northeast Cambodia. As of 1998, it had a population of 10,898. It contains 29 villages, which are located in seven communes.

Bar Kham (Khmer: បរខាំ) contains six villages and has a population of 1,392.[1] In the 2007 commune council elections, three of the commune's five seats went to the Cambodian People's Party, one went to the Sam Rainsy Party, and one went to Funcinpec.[2] The land alienation rate in Bar Kham was high as of January 2006.[3] (See Ratanakiri Province for background information on land alienation.)
