[edit] Education
Ferry attended Marlborough College, but he dropped out at 16.
[edit] Hunt Activist
In 2004, Otis Ferry, and some other pro-hunting protesters, stormed the House of Commons in protest at anti-hunting legislation. All eight were convicted of violating the Public Order Act 1986, were each fined £350 and given 18-month conditional discharges.
In 2004, Tatler magazine put him at #2 in their list of the 200 "most dateable" men.[3]
[edit] Drink-Driving
Ferry was in court in August 2006 accused of drunk driving. He changed his plea from innocent to guilty halfway through the trial at Stroud magistrates court in Gloucestershire. His blood-alcohol level was 55 micrograms, 20 above the legal limit of 35.[4] The hearing has been adjourned and there are once again allegations of preferential treatment.[5]

Ferry threw a photographer's keys into the gutter outside Boujis after a BAFTA after-show party. He was arrested and spent a night in police cells.[6] He was arrested again after an incident with hunt protestors in November 2007.[7]

In April, 2008, he was charged with robbery and common assault, and summoned to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on 7 May. He is alleged to have stolen camera equipment from two women who were filming fox hunters.[8]
