Omar Guerra (born May 11, 1981 in Barranquilla, Colombia) is a Colombian football midfielder, who currently plays for Millonarios in the Copa Mustang.

Im the 2nd semester of 1999, Guerra played for a first time at Millonarios, that night, he did a goal. In 2005,Guerra, played at Aucas of Ecuador and he did 17 goals in that season. He played in Deportivo Cuenca and Deportivo Quito in Ecuador. He did 31 goals in three seasons in that nation. In 2008 he returns to Millonarios.
